Honestly, it's a preference thing — they do the same job. 🤷🏾‍♂️ They both help hydrate, moisturise and style facial hair, with the same organic oil ingredient base. Some brothers prefer the oil, others the balm, and most use them both.

You might prefer the oil in summer and the balm in winter, thanks to the balm's shea butter and mango butter. Bigger beards also tend to enjoy the balm, while brothers with fine hair or shorter trims might like the oil more.

As long as you moisturise and style, you're good, and you can do that with both.

As a morning cleanse, or second cleanse in the evening. Lather with luke warm water and massage into skin. Rinse. Follow with the rest of your routine.
